It wa pretty compact! The bed was comfy& we felt safe. The staff on the desk were helpful. No way of heating water for a coffee, not even a kettle, and there was some black mould in the shower, but the room was quiet and we slept well. The area can get a bit interesting after hours with lots of men on the streets, loitering and selling ?vapes, but once inside we were safe.

I stayed here with my sister and niece. We were very happy with the location, staff and cleanliness of our room! We would have liked it a tad colder in our room, but we were able to sleep comfortably. I would go back here and recommend to others!

We stayed in a twin room with two sections connected by a small kitchen. This layout worked perfectly for our family of 4, kids sleep in one section and parents stayed in the other.
Paris was hit by heatwaves and there was no power when we checked in. This is not the hotel’s fault. The hotel staff was extremely helpful, they helped us arrange a near by hotel for our first night, and power came back the second day so we moved back.
Overall we are very happy with our stay, and highly recommend the friendly and helpful staff.

The hotel was closed!
"We arrived to discover the hotel was locked. We phoned using the number provided by hotels.com and a receptionist answered to say she would be with us in 10 minutes. Sure enough, she turned up but only to explain that the hotel was closed - if we really wanted to, we could have a room for the night ..."
