I asked for a towel and they didn't provide it. I asked the boy he told he will bring in the morning. What kind of hotel if they cannot provide a towel.

Economy hotel with pleasure stay....
It,s was great & pleasure stay, specially reception desk host Miss. Tahani تهاني behavior was excellent, she allow me early Check-in before couple of hours of actual Check-in time... studio apartment was neat & clean and out side view was awesome... i

لا تحجز
استأجرت شقتين كل شقة غرفتين وصالة ودفعت المبلغ اونلاين. عند الوصول اعطونا شقة بغرفة واحدة وسرير واحد. وأخبرنا الموظف ان باقي الشقق محجوزة. ولاستعادة المبلغ يجب ان ألغي الحجز واحجز من عنده. والحجز لا يمكن الغاءه من موقع hotel لمرور ٢٤ ساعة. اسوء موقع اونلاين، واسوء فندق في حياتي!
