The home was very comfortable, well furnished and totally stocked with everything that we needed during our two month stay. The back yard is a tropical oasis to ensure your comfort and relaxation. Lucy and Greg are the perfect hosts who instantly respond to any requests. A wonderful experience!

Family Christmas in Jensen
I rented two air b& b’s in Jensen beach in order to have Christmas with my sisters family. I wanted to share my love for the area with my family. This air b& b was a truly beautiful resort type of a getaway while also feeling very home like. I would come back in a heartbeat, we loved it!

Perfect vaca property
We've stayed here before, so we knew what to expect, and Lucy did not disappoint. Her perfect communication started right after I booked, and continued throughout our stay. The house is beautiful and the back yard is a photographers dream! Thanks again Lucy, we'll be back!

A resort just by itself!
We absolutely love this house! The back yard is gorgeous, almost like a botanical garden, but with a pool, dining area, fire pit area, big open lawn in back and great covered deck directly accessible from the sliding doors in the kitchen, where we sat to have our coffee every morning. The master bedroom is amazing -- super comfortable king-size four poster bed, with a great ensuite bathroom. Our host Lucy was super helpful, easy to contact and get a reply from right away. Although we hardly needed to contact her, as the house was immaculate and fully stocked with practically everything we needed. What more can I say?

Should be in a VRBO TV commercial
We were here in 2021 and again in 2023 for about a month each time, so we had the opportunity to live here for extended visits. Lucy the owner is thoughtful, welcoming, and attentive. She responded almost instantly to questions before, during, and after our stay. The house is ideally located near the beaches of Hutchinson Island and downtown Stuart and Jensen Beach, yet sits in a quiet family-oriented neighborhood that is ideal for morning walks. The house itself is very clean and comfortable with newer appliances and an up-to-date entertainment system. The washer and dryer are huge, which is great for larger families on extended stays. The backyard area is the star of the show. It is peaceful and secluded, with well-maintained mature plantings and attractive stonework. It also has a large gas grill and separate griddle. The pool was comfortable and it got a lot of use during our stay. Overall, I can’t imagine a better VRBO experience. Bottom line is that this house and owner should be in a TV commercial for VRBO.

Immaculate beautiful house!
This house is in one word SPECTACULAR! The house is tucked back in a neighborhood and has its own little paradise in the backyard. When we opened the front door for the first time, we couldn't believe how lovely the inside of the house was! There are so many little knick knacks all over and attentions to detail...we were really blown away. There were fresh flowers in a vase, a bottle of wine and chocolates waiting for us! That was a really nice touch! All of the rooms are decorated tastfully and the whole house is very open and airy. The house was VERY clean and there are extra towels everywhere! The kitchen is stocked with everything including tons of spices! I decided to bake something one day and yes..I couldn't believe it there was even a rolling pin! The backyard of this house is huge! There are palm trees everywhere and beautiful landscaping surrounding the pool and seating areas. There are places to sit all over, outdoor lighting that turns on at night and a special spolight you can turn on in case you are grilling at night. I really loved the front and back porches! Lucy kept in touch with me throughout our trip. She was accomodating and very easy to get a hold. I had to call her once and she answered immediately. Thank you Lucy for an incredible stay at your beautiful welcoming home! We would not hesitate to book this home again in a heart beat!

Sweet Stay

Better than the pictures!
Better than the pictures! The home was spacious, had a functional layout, and cozy. We had a very comfortable stay! The landscape was gorgeous with all sorts of plant life, which we enjoyed very much. The garden even had fresh rosemary which we picked from to cook with. The home had lots of privacy with large palm trees surrounding the premises. The owners were great and responsive. The cupboard/seasonings were nicely stocked! Every part of the home was cared for with a high-level attention to details, including fresh flowers and pinecones filling the air indoors. The home was immaculately clean. Our 3 kids enjoyed the pool, and beach less than 10min away. The fire pit also came in handy for s’mores and grill. Great stay, thanks!

Better Than Expected!
I would have to say this is probably one of the best properties I have stayed at! Lucy was so amazing and I can tell she really loves her home. Her house was very clean, quality appliances to include a great washer and dryer, plenty of towels, very nice and updated bathrooms and kitchen and a beautiful heated pool. I have stayed in several places and lots of them seem to cheap out on upgrades and appliances. It was nice to have a dryer and dishwasher that worked on the first load. not to mention this house Is prepared for any family. A baby gate for the stairs, pack and play for a toddler, board games, plenty of outdoor seating to entertain, keyless door entry, a blackstone hibachi style grill and regular grill. I can’t stress enough how pleased I was with this property. Lucy did it right and if I could give her more than five stars I would! We will e back for sure!!!

Another great stay!
This was our second time staying at this home and it is still a great spot that works very well for our family of 6. The house is clean and well stocked. The pool was nice and warm and the enclosed backyard provided endless lizard hunting opportunities! Lucy was easy to communicate with, but we didn't really need to since we had no issues at all with our stay! We will definitely return.

Fabulous family vacation
This was a truly awesome place to stay! The best VRBO experience I’ve had to date. The home felt like a resort, the kitchen was fully stocked, I appreciated the barbecue, and the pool was a welcome treat! There were so many places to relax and visit with family or curl up with a good book. Lucy was very down to earth and made both check in and checkout a breeze. Wonderful house!
I agree with the prior reviewers -- the house was immaculate and fully stocked. The backyard, with covered back deck, pool, grilling area and the separate fire pit area was amazing. And plenty of beach towels stowed in a cabinet on the back deck, not to mention the fridge and ice maker also on the back deck. Plus besides all that, there is a substantial lawn in the back (wish we had brought a badminton set for that -- would have been fun). One thing the reviewers haven't mentioned is how beautiful the master suite is -- really large, with a gorgeous king-size four poster bed, and a beautiful adjoining bathroom with a tub and walk-in shower. The one thing we would have liked is some lamps on the first floor -- all the lighting is overhead, maybe that's just me.

BEST VACATION RENTAL EVER!
Many reviewers said that that the pics don't do this property justice and they're correct! The yard is like a hidden tropical paradise and you might not want to leave... We had a family wedding in the area and chose to stay in this wonderful home, instead of a small and over priced hotel room. We had 3 full bedrooms and a bonus loft space that allowed grandparents and adult children plenty of room. The home had comfortable seating , a spacious dining area and a well equipped kitchen. The bathrooms were great (love the walk in showers) and everything was IMMACULATE. Lucy was so accommodating and quick to reply when I had questions. If you're considering a stay in this area, don't hesitate on this one!!!

This is a gem of a property! The house is immaculate and furnished with everything one could possibly want. Lucy is wonderful to deal with. Magical vacation home.
The home was everything and more as a vacation rental. The pictures don’t do it justice. It felt like we had a resort all to ourselves. The owners have thought of just about everything and the kitchen is equipped for anything you could want to make. We can’t wait to come back and stay again.

Relaxing getaway
My family and I completely enjoyed our vacation from the moment we walked in the door. The home was better in person then in the pictures online. We walked in and felt comfortable immediately. The interior of the home is comfortable and homey, while the pool and back yard are just wonderful. Everything we needed was right there and the house was extremely clean. There was nothing else we could have asked for in a vacation home.

Relaxing and never wanted to leave the house!
The house was so welcoming and clean. My husband and I stayed here with our 4 children ages 2.5, 5, 7, and 9. They were entertained the entire time with the pool. The outdoor space out back is like your own private oasis. Tons of seating, refrigerator for drinks, fire pit, grill, and a portable speaker for music! We came to the beach and never made it to the ocean 😅 We cooked dinner a couple nights, and the kitchen is well equipped with appliances, pans, and spices. We needed this relaxing time away! Backyard is tropical paradise!
Great house with lots of amenities! We spent most of our days by the lovely pool and waterfall, and we really enjoyed our stay. The house is in a quiet neighborhood, with the exception of the train that comes through a few times during the day and night! It is equipped with anything you might need, extremely clean and well maintained. The house is very roomy and the beds were very comfortable! The tropical paradise in the back with the pool, and all the seating areas, and the lush landscaping was definitely our favorite. We started with coffee on the deck and then moved to the pool and the lounge chairs for some sun. We never had to go inside, as everything was on the deck including a small refrigerator, ice, towels, pool noodles, and the best pool raft ever! I highly recommend this place for some good R&R!

A week in paradise
I've used other properties in the area and this one is now #1. The house itself is beautiful and feels like home. We had more than enough room for our family. Lucy invited us to check in early if needed. She has equipped the entire house with everything you could need to cook, clean and entertain. She even has prepared a binder with all the local eats and then some. We love seafood and ate out at the red crab and crawdaddy were 2 of our favorites. We would recommend basin fish market for fresh crabs, they were to die for. We would definitely rebook on our next trip to Florida.

" 50th" Birthday Trip!
My husband and I made plans last year to visit our friends in Florida and to celebrate my "50th" birthday in January. We are so happy we decided to rent a house, especially Lucy's house. The house was lovely. Very clean!! Spacious for 4 adults!! We slept in the master bedroom upstairs. The mattress and pillows were very comfortable. I normally have a difficult time sleeping but I slept well. The back yard was like paradise to us and our friends! Two large grills, heated pool with water fall, two firepits and plenty of seating. The weather was in the 70s but windy and cool. My husband only used the heated pool. He enjoyed himself! The neighborhood was quiet. We were close to restaurants, stores, e.g. We had a great time with our friends! Definitely would reserve the house again!

Excellent place to stay
This property is better than described. The back yard and pool area is amazing, and it is in a very quiet neighborhood. The decor of the house is beautiful. Would definitely stay here again.

fantastic
property was amazing. even though it's a drive to the beach everyone agreed the back yard paradise trumped the beach. Great job Lucy developing that.

One of the most wonderful Thanksgiving
Pictures of the property do not express the beauty of the house. The outside pool area was amazing. Mrs. Lucy has everything you’ll need for your stay, so travel light. Kitchen fully equipped and I mean everything. House super clean. The beaches are 5 miles away. Near by Mall with Macy’s. Lots of Restaurants and fast food service near by..

Lovely, clean and well equipped home
Our stay was better than expected! The house is very clean and had everything we needed for our visit. There are plenty of towels, kitchen tools (food processors, griddle, gadgets, food storage containers, somehow WITH ALL THE LIDS, etc), and hand and dish soap. The backyard is better than the pictures show and my kids (10 and 12) really enjoyed running around and swimming in the well-kept pool. The owner was very responsive and check in was delightfully easy. The internet was plenty strong enough to support two remote learners for school, along side two remote adult workers.

Winter Escape
The property offered everything that we expected. The pool and back yard offered privacy plus peace and quiet. The home is very comfortable and the owners had it well stocked with everything that was needed for a comfortable stay. The home is very close to the beach and great restaurants. A positive experience to excape the winter for 2 months!!

Awesome vacation
The photos listed are accurate but seeing the whole vacation house when we walked in was awesome! The decorating was beachy and very tastefully done. My granddaughter loved the bedroom that had the pool view. The backyard including the pool, grill area, deck, waterfall and surrounding trees and greenery made the experience a hideaway! We were in Jensen Beach, FL but it could have been Hawaii. A definite do over!
