"My husband and I, my college friends and their kids decided to get together for a weekend to go to the Pennsylvania Grand Canyon and Cherry Springs. I’m so glad we found this property, it was amazing and had all kinds of walking trails. The kids took the canoe out on the pond and my husband caught a bunch of fish. "The cabin is in a beautiful mountain setting surrounding by picturesque forest. Everything was clean and well stocked. Beds were comfortable and living spaces accommodating. The outside yard and picnic area was spacious and a great spot to stargaze with family. Great home base to get to Pine Creek and the Rail Trail, PA Grand Canyon, Ski Sawmill, Cherry Springs State Park, and countless hiking trails. Easy to communicate with the host. "We've stayed at the Creek House two years in a row with large groups of friends for a fall bike trip weekend on the Pine Creek Rail Trail. We love the location and setting of this property and for the number of people you can fit in this place, it's a great deal. Our one critique is the bathroom situation. If you have 10 plus people, it's difficult sharing the two bath/shower facilities... especially the one by the garage with a window and no curtains."
