The hotel is unique it is a 15 century mansion so amazing . That being said if you do not have a room with a canal view your room is dark ( if that bothers you) they changed my room for more Money but that was fine New room perfect I think some maintenance could be done spots on carpet and some grout improvement But overall lovely Bed linens and bed very comfy and lovely Super clean Staff ( especially Ricardo) so helpful and made sure our stay was perfect Restaurant and breakfast very good !Location absolutely perfect ! Close to everything but not in a crowded part of town also on the grand canal was beautiful Overall a wonderful stay .
