Venice Lido Kid friendly Vacations

Beautiful hotel with really nice view. All the staff were really friendly and helpful. Breakfast was really good. We were in the attic bedroom for only 1 night. Unfortunately, the air conditioning wasn’t working enough to cool down the little room and the day was really hot. It was really hot in the room. The girl from the front desk was able to find a fan to help, but it was just moving the hot air around. Sleep was really difficult for the whole family.

We loved the room so stunning! Even had slippers and dressing gown so we could use this near the pool. The pool was beautiful and towels were provided. Also so beautiful as you can see the water as you walk out. The room was super clean and pretty. I think be aware if you stay in the hotel and your driving as we hired a car. You would need to park in Venice and leave the car. I would reccomend pre booking parking as it can get very busy. Then you need to get a water taxi to the hotel which was nice and easy. You need to buy the tickets at the machine near the boat taxis you can not buy these on the boats. Room was not ready when we arrived, staff were friendly and said we could get a drink if we wanted outside and would let us know. We were visiting from the UK, we were not keen on the food options at the restaurant and quite expensive. However, just not to our taste other's may like it . But great location, so you can walk to a restaurant and loads nearby. The pizza was lush! Air-conditioning was great to and well needed.
