Very good Hotel! Near the Beach and the Port. Very clean and comfortable.

Overall a wonderful experience. The bar and lobby are beautiful and charming, filled with gorgeous treasures. The hotel feels authentic and staff are quickly familiar and warm. Considering the price, the rooms are pretty run down with old carpets and dingy showers. Staff was not particularly helpful with organising activities. The garden is very atmospheric and dinner is decent but it is annoying to have to pay a fee for the table every evening despite being a guest. Breakfast is very basic. AC worked well and it’s lovely to be close to the beach even if it means being further from the city center. Overall was very happy staying here but there is room for improvement.

We loved the room so stunning! Even had slippers and dressing gown so we could use this near the pool. The pool was beautiful and towels were provided. Also so beautiful as you can see the water as you walk out. The room was super clean and pretty. I think be aware if you stay in the hotel and your driving as we hired a car. You would need to park in Venice and leave the car. I would reccomend pre booking parking as it can get very busy. Then you need to get a water taxi to the hotel which was nice and easy. You need to buy the tickets at the machine near the boat taxis you can not buy these on the boats. Room was not ready when we arrived, staff were friendly and said we could get a drink if we wanted outside and would let us know. We were visiting from the UK, we were not keen on the food options at the restaurant and quite expensive. However, just not to our taste other's may like it . But great location, so you can walk to a restaurant and loads nearby. The pizza was lush! Air-conditioning was great to and well needed.

This hotel was such an amazing find! We loved every second of our stay, so we decided to extend it by two more nights! Everyone we met on the staff at the front desk, restaurants/bars, and on the maid service were so kind, welcoming, and helpful. We felt absolutely pampered! We had a rough travel journey and were immediately greeted with much needed ice cold lemon water and someone to carry our bags to our room. We got a tour of the property where the restaurants and amenities were explained, as well as details about our room and the complimentary drinks that are provided as each day. Not that this is a huge thing, but this is the first hotel I have stayed at where someone has been fully transparent about cost of mini bar/snack items in the room. So refreshing! The maid service is amazing. Every time we came back to our room our beds were made and we had fresh towels. This summer is SO hot, and our room (and the property overall) has the best air conditioning we’ve felt since being here! The pool is beautiful too! Very relaxing! We wish it was open a bit later in the evening because we enjoy it so much! I can’t recommend this hotel enough. We will most definitely be returning for further stays in the area! Thank you so much everyone for everything! You have truly made this an experience to remember :)

Right next to the beach and easy bus access to ferry for Venice. Great stay and beautiful large room.

The only stars I would give this property would be for the breakfast and for the location besides that it was not worth the money at all… the room said through Expedia could fit 5 that wasn’t true and they called a crappy pull out couch a queen bed which was beat up and falling apart. This place in Canada would be lucky to get $140 a night for. Would definitely never stay there again.
