We were really pleased with the hotel, the location is perfect (right by a bus stop), the rooms were modern, clean and comfortable. Breakfast was excellent - plenty of choice and good quality. The main thing for us was the staff, they were so friendly and couldn't do enough for you! Highly recommended

The walls are very thin and you can hear all your neighbors - even when they are urinating. So gross. There was a karate team practicing in the hall outside our door. Other guests asked them to stop because they were being so loud. They were very annoying. I finally called the front desk after 60 minutes of listening to them and was told that they could be there and it didn’t matter if they were interrupting or bothering other guests. Also the breakfast was sub par. The eggs were slimy and no variation from day to day. On a positive note, good location.

The room, never had any plugs in next yo the bed while the nearest plug was the toilet. The breakfast variety was very small but good. In terms of the hotel within itself I would like to rate it a five star but its unfortunate that the pool was closed while it being December, this should not be an excuse for it being closed while the pool should be getting heated up more during the winter much like the outdoor pools in Iceland while it is freezing the pool is hot. I wojld have realy liked for the pool to be open as its all included as part of the cost.

Der Restaurant ist sehr sauber und modern, unsere Zimmer war schon sauber, aber die Einrichtung schon in die Jahre gekommen. Duschkabine ist relativ klein. Wenn man auf dem Klo sitzt bist du mit dem Gesicht gegen die Wand gedrückt. Und ist sehr stark nach Chlor gerochen.

sehr Positiv zu bewerten ist zunächst einmal die hervorragende Lage in Jesolo, die Sauberkeit bei der täglichen Zimmerreinigung, eine ausreichende Anzahl an Parkplätzen und die Pool-/Dachterrasse. Nun jedoch zu den negativen Aspekten, die es aus unserer Sicht jedoch nicht 4-Sterne würdig machen. Das Zimmer (wohlgemerkt 3 Bett-Zimmer Elegance, die zweitteuerste Zimmerkategorie nach der Suite) war so klein, dass man kaum zu zweit nebeneinander sich um das Bett bewegen konnte, Stauraum für die Koffer Fehlanzeige. Wir haben das 3 Bettzimmer zu zweit genutzt und konnten so die Koffer auf die Schlafcouch für die 3. Person stellen. Gleichermaßen der Balkon, gerade so für 2 Personen, aber nur Stühle, kein Tisch vorhanden. Der Tiefpunkt des Zimmers ist aber das Bad. Die Dusche ist so klein, dass ein normal gewachsener Mensch sich kaum richtig einseifen, geschweige denn Bücken kann. Ich bin 1,84 m bei 90 Kg, sportliche Figur, aber die Füße und knieabwärts waschen ging nur durch umständliches Beinanheben. Aber das gilt auch für meine Freundin, die bei 1,70 m und 65 Kg gleichermaßen Probleme hatte. Absolut unkomfortabel und 70er Jahre Italien-Standard. Das Frühstücksbuffet war grundsätzlich reichhaltig, aber aus unserer Sicht auch nicht 4 Sterne. Die meisten Produkte waren Kategorie "Kostenoptimiert". Nur der tolle Prosecco der Marke Villa Sandi hat es etwas rausgehauen ;) Im Ergebnis gute 3 Sterne, mehr leider nicht.

Super Lage, schönes Hotel, cooler Pool auf Dach

Freundliches Personal, aber manches musste zwei Mal angefragt werden. Zimmer war sehr klein, Schrank ungünstig hoch und über dem Bett. Zimmerservice hat täglich unnötigerweise alles ausgetauscht, sogar unsere Seife und unsere Becher. Frühstücksbuffet sehr übersichtlich, d.h. gut, aber nicht so großes Angebot, wie bei manchen 3-Sterne-Hotels. Pool auf Dachterrasse mit Blick auf's Meer ist super! Lage auch absolut zentral. Parkplatz auch direkt beim Hotel. Insgesamt waren wir schon ganz zufrieden.
