The only thing I was unhappy with is that breakfast was not included with the Expedia reservation. However, breakfast, lunch, and dinner are available for purchase at the hotel as it has its own restaurant.

Our stay here was phenomenal! Check-in was quick and easy, and our room was spotless with great AC, hot water, a TV for Netflix/YouTube, and a beautiful balcony overlooking the town. The location is perfect, just a 5-minute walk to Parque Central, restaurants, cafés, and shops. Copán Ruins and Macaw Mountain are about a 20–25 minute walk or a US$2 tuk-tuk ride away. The owner was incredibly kind and always available. After our visit to Luna Jaguar Hot Springs, she even brought us extra towels since ours were dirty from the mud. Housekeeping cleaned our room after the first night, which was a nice surprise. Breakfast was delicious both mornings. One day we enjoyed eggs, sausage, beans, plantains, tortillas, fresh orange juice, and coffee. The next morning we had homemade cheese pupusas. Nearby, I highly recommend The Artisan Boutique for handmade souvenirs, Parque Central for relaxing, Sol de Copán for excellent German food, Copán Ruins (hire a guide!), Luna Jaguar Hot Springs for the thermal pools and amazing US$25 massages, and Los Asados for fantastic steak nachos and steak kebabs (huge portions). Checkout is at noon, and the owner even offered to store our luggage until our transportation arrived. Exceptional hospitality, delicious breakfasts, a peaceful atmosphere, and an unbeatable location. We would absolutely stay here again!
