"Conveniently located to concert venue. First room we were given had strange smell and staff immediately found us another room that was fine. Had all the essentials and was clean. Easy check in/out."

"Property is as they say. Right on the water. Just take a few stone steps down a hill to a fireplace platform then from there a few more to the lake. The house had everything we needed other then lids for bowls/plastic wrap/baggies for leftover food. But that was poor planning on our part. Rooms were nice and spacious. Only downside to our trip was the tornado that hit the town and we lost electricity for the remainder of our trip. Plus side: there was a large enough closest in basement to fit...

"Minutes from U of Ark and wonderful experience. Home was immaculate and exactly as described and represented in pictures. Beds were comfortable and having 2 baths is a game changer for the 3 of us. Had small issue with internet connection (our issue, not owner) and response that corrected our mistake was immediate! Highly recommend. Our only disappointment was we had to leave after 1 night!"

"Great, clean, fun place to stay with family! We will defiantly return in the near future!! The kids had a blast kayaking, fishing, relaxing in the hot tub and playing pool. Due to nightly rain showers we weren’t able to use the fire pit. The host is quick to respond for any questions or concerns."

"We were in town for an 8 day conference. This house was about same price as even the reduced rate at the hotel, and far better in every way. The convenience and savings of having an actual kitchen was a huge advantage, and it was nice to have 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms for a family of 5, as opposed to a single hotel room. The location is convenient to almost everything in the area as well, not far from I49. Neighborhood is clean, quiet, and peaceful. We enjoyed it greatly, and would like to stay...

"The amenities, communication. and location were just right. It was too bad for us that the city just experienced a tornado one week prior to our stay. The owner had no control over it and was very forthcoming about the situation"

"Loved having a garage! Very spacious condo, located within walking distance of downtown, shops, restaurants, the Walmart museum. We were there on a Saturday morning and got to experience their farmer's market. Would definitely stay here again in the future. "

"The house was very clean and in a convenient location. Host was accommodating for a later checkout and provided a number to be called for any assistance. Parking was a little tight for a full size pickup truck, but was managed easily. Great place to stay."

"I had several family members from out of town for my son’s graduation and some of them stayed here. We were also able all get together here to celebrate the occasion. Everyone slept well in their comfy beds and we also enjoyed sitting outside on the deck. The fourth bedroom is off the garage which makes it kind of a fun places for older kids."
