It appeared they had storm damage and repairs were being worked on. Our bathroom door had been replaced with a door that was too large and the door would not close. Other than that, the room was clean

So clean, helpful and friendly staff. They do allow pets which is good but I was awakened at 5:00am by a barking dog. Not the hotel’s fault obviously but I did tell the front desk. The airport is a 5 minute drive ! Very convenient. Great selection of foods for breakfast. Something for everyone! I would definitely stay here again! 5 stars for everything!

I stay here everytime we travel to Bentonville. This time I reserved a room that had a couch and table and paid $30.00 more to have those amenities. Upon arrival they did not have that room and said there was mishap with booking, which I am okay with, but they charged me the full price for a room with a couch. They said since they had a tornado go through there and they are booked and that room was not available. They still charged me for the full price of the room for the couch instead of reimbursing me the $30.00 for a room with just 2 beds. They said to reach out to Expedia to get reimbursed, so I did, but Expedia said since it was “pay at the hotel” that the hotel should have just charged less. The Expedia rep. even called the hotel to try and get them to reimburse and they refused. I booked on April 8th and have screenshots that show the 2 different options and prices. I showed them to the hotel worker and just said sorry.

Didn't have sheets, pillow or blanket for the hideaway bed. Had to get them from the front desk. No blanket, received a comforter.
