"Toilet was dirty(there was a lot of piss around it), the stairway was stinking with cigar smoke, there was no trash bin in the toilet, carpets were absent in the bedroom and in the bathroom and there was no slippers in the bedroom."

"Swimming pool was amazing. Bed super comfy and massive. Really good quality bedding etc. slippers are hidden in drawer so found after 5 days! Good quality shower gel, shampoo and conditioner provided and body lotion. Basic coffee sachets but some nice herbal teas. Took the picture down in my room as it was awful. Cheap and nasty! In a room with no view a picture of the city would have been nice but a black and white circle picture was just offensively cheap. Cleaner most helpful in not trying to put it back each day. Had breakfast once and it was amazing. Not an early riser so did not make it more than once. Hotel great location."
