Come to the country and escape the crowds! Enjoy the fresh clean air on the North Shore! This unit is situated in a wonderfully convenient location on the west side of the complex. . The lanai faces the 3rd hole of the Fazio Golf Course. Sit back and watch the golfers negotiate this world class course, or, perhaps you'll want to get out there and try your skills!

The condo is located on the 2nd floor. The master bedroom, 1 full bath, kitchen, living room, and deck is on the entrance level. Upstairs is a large open loft with two beds, and a half bath.

Our unit comes with everything that you need including linens and towels. The fully equipped new kitchen includes dishes, pots/pans, utensils, glasses and more.

There is a comfortable queen size bed in the master bedroom. Upstairs in the loft, there are two beds, a double and a single. This unit includes a washer/dryer for your convenience. It has it's own designated parking stall just steps away, and adequate guest parking if needed. There is a convenient swimming pool just a few steps from the front door, and the tennis court is just across the street within the gated community.

The location of this unit is within a short walking distance to Turtle Bay resort and miles of pristine white sand beaches. At the resort, you can enjoy their world class restaurants, shopping, golfing, horseback riding, exercise/yoga classes and more. There is also a walking/running trail that runs along the coast with views that are breathtaking!

The location is ideal, just a 10 to 15 minute drive to some of the most famous surfing beaches in the world, including Sunset Beach, Pipeline and Waimea Bay! Watch the most spectacular display of waves and pro surfers in the Winter. Swim and snorkel in the refreshing calm crystal clear ocean in the Summer. Also a short drive away is the Historic town of Haleiwa, which has recently undergone a beautification project, but has kept that old Haleiwa charm. The resort is about a 50 minute drive to Honolulu Airport, and about an hour to Waikiki.

Only one towel per person. Top sheet on main bed was the wrong size. No bath soap. Bathroom toilet upstairs had a bad odor and was unclean. Extremely noisy A/C unit in main bedroom.

Good location but needs attention
Sandra - the property manager was amazing and always responded quickly. Great location, the kitchen was well stocked and they kindly provided beach, snorkelling gear. However - the property needs a proper clean - White towels in bathrooms had dirty marks on them , pillows were stained in bedroom and the property is tired and needs updating.

North Shore Retreat
The North Shore is such a special place and this condo is in an amazing location. Lots of beach access nearby and a fantastic grouping of fruit stands and organic shave ice across the street. Sandra was fantastic to work with and was always responsive to any communication. We have stayed in other properties in this same complex and the lanai was such an added bonus. Our family loved the extra amenities and the beach toys were enjoyed by our kids. We highly recommend. Thanks again for a wonderful stay!

North Shore Townhome
Location of this townhome was great! Close to everything on the North Shore. Grocery stores and food trucks all within a 10 minute drive. The restaurant on the golf course was the hidden gem for us. The condo has great space and the kitchen was large. The only negative for us was the beds aren’t that comfortable and the lighting was lacking. A lot of burnt out light bulbs. Would definitely stay again!

Wonderful
After a small snafu when we got there, which they fixed within an hour, enjoyed the place very much. Ample kitchen supplies. Beach a few minutes walk away. If you are going to take stuff, you might want to drive. There is snorkel gear ready to use. It was very convenient to have the half bath up in the loft.

Very nice condo @ Turtle Bay
This is on property @ Turtle Bay on North Shore. Very quiet area and great to get away from the crowds of Waikiki. Be aware it is 90 min drive from airport & any excursions in Waikiki but we did most of our excursions on North Shore. The kitchen is stocked with what u need to cook & grocery store is within 6 minutes

Perfect spot for a quite vacation on Oahu
We loved the location of the condo within walking distance of the Turtle Bay Resort. We enjoyed cooking meals in the modern kitchen, and we recommend updating the both bathrooms for future guests.

Amazing location…but
Pros: Absolutely an ideal location! Beautiful surrounds. Close to many popular destination spots. Comfortable and quiet. Lovely place to stay overall. Property manager was always accessible and friendly. Instructions were easy to follow for checkin/checkout. Great condo for layout and comfort. Cons: in a word, BUGS. All over the place there were these small bugs. I addressed this with the property manager from the first. I sent her pictures of them. Her response was that it’s a part of visiting the tropics and perhaps buy some vinegar to kill them! She did email the bug company to come and spray on our 6th day there, but they never showed up! We had bought groceries, but frankly, we were hesitant to use the kitchen for food prep. Next, the dead bolt on the front door can NOT be locked from the outside due to the fact that it is old and rusty. The patio door takes some muscle to open and you run a risk of break nails trying. There was no wine bottle opener. So the wine we bought never was enjoyed. The property manager did say if we went a bought one, she would reimburse us. My thoughts on that are..there should be a check list done before and after anyone stays there to ensure it’s fully stocked when the next guest arrives. That’s what we pay for! Lastly, every time we ran a hair dryer the power breaker would trip, and we’d lose power. The first time this happened, we tried to reset the breaker (all of them) to no avail. The property manager told us the “trick” to resetting the breaker! We did this at least 6 times during our stay. My advice for the owner. Put a little money into your place! A new dead bolt, a patio door that opens easily, for grief sakes, spray regularly for bugs! Ensure that it is actually a fully stocked kitchen before and after each stay!! Overall, if no bugs, I would stay here again.

Great Experience
The condo was exactly what it looked like from the pictures on the website. Very nice, spacious and fully equipped. There was an issue with the connection for the TV, but the property owner, Sandy, was easy to get a hold of and very responsive to getting the cable serviced in a timely manner. The balcony (lanai) was a perfect place to sit for meals and enjoy the beautiful view of the golf course. All in all, our ohana thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this lovely condo. We definitely will be back...hoping for the same unit. Mahalo Plenty!

Wonderful Stay
I gave it a 4 star rating because the sliding door really needs to be fixed. There is a really nice patio looking over the golf course and hills, but we didn't enjoy it as much as we would have liked because it was so hard to get the sliding door opened or closed! Great location for us as we enjoyed activities like beaches, hiking, zip lining and the PCC which were closer to us here. It was a beautiful drive from the airport even though it was over an hour away. Google Maps took us right there! Directions on VRBO led us into the parking area, very easy to find! Sandra did have beach towels, 2 beach chairs (2 more would be nice), 2 boogie boards and some snorkeling gear. The pool was very nice! We could walk to the wonderful Beach House restaurant for lunch or dinner (reservations suggested). Sandra responded very quickly when we discovered a couple of items missing...like a bottle corkscrew. You do need to be careful about running hair dryers with the microwave as it will trip the circuit breaker, but the box was in the kitchen and easy to find! The upstairs bedroom was a little warm even with the A/C, but we are New Englanders so prefer it a little cooler. Instructions for our stay were easy to find on VRBO. Overall a Super stay!

Wonderful condo and grounds. Condo was very well equipped with anything you’d need to cook except a gas grill but there was charcoal one by the pool which was fine. Close to great beaches with a short hike . We saw several turtles, fish and a monk seal. Nice and quiet. I would definitely stay here again!! Owner was very helpful. Loved our stay!!!!

Reviews are useful if they inform the owners and renters both. Its hard to put one number as overall review when some parts are great and others need improvement. The location is excellent, the kitchen was very nice. Much of the condo needs some updating. The bathroom is old and has a terrible showerhead, the lanai overlooking the golf course is wonderful but the sliding glass door does not slide or lock. Wifi and Tv were great, some better beach chairs would be nice. The beds were OK, and had lots of towels. We enjoyed our stay but wanted to point out some room for improvement.

Turtle bay - fantastic
We had a fantastic time at Turtle Bay, we were easily able to access the resort beach, bars and restaurants. Loved the snorkeling gear provided. Great base for food trucks, zip lining and renown beaches. Highly recommend.

Our family had a great experience at this condo—it was lovely, very comfortable and well-located in Turtle Bay. We had everything we needed to prepare meals and go to the beach, and it was just a short drive to so many towns, restaurants and fun experiences. Our host was helpful and also available to answer any questions we had. We really enjoyed our visit and we look forward to returning.

Great value!
Great value for the Turtle Bay area! Check-in is a little extra only due to the condo being in a gated area, but communicating with Sandra is easy. Very clean! Condo could use some updating and more labeling of light switches, but for the price a very good value. Pool area is pretty basic, no hot tub, but the beach is just down the road! (easy free parking next to the Turtle Bay resort) Sandra was very responsive to text messages. Would def stay here again!
