“Enjoyed our stay at this bach; great communication with the hosts; a rustic Kiwi bach with good access to the kayaks, life jackets and easy access to the beach. “We absolutely loved our stay. An authentic Marlborough Sounds bach with plenty of thoughtful touches. Stunning views and plenty of things to do in the area, though just staying at the bach was the best thing to do. Thank you Penny!”

“A lovely spacious home comfortable and warm. No cupboard storage for our own food was a slight problem. Handy to walks and the Picton shops. I would recommend this accommodation for any large family gathering. Unusual that there was no aerial for normal TV reception. A great selection of DVD's that were watched instead.”

“The cottage is lovely, especially the exterior with views and flowers surrounding it. The interior is a bit odd with shower in one room, sink in another and the WC is actually accessed from the exterior so you have to go outside to enter it. Otherwise, the cottage is lovely and well equipped. The sunrise views are amazing and it is quiet and calm.”

“Nice quiet little cottage, easy to plenty of fishing places and close to boat ramp and pub for lunch. A very friendly weka came to say hi most days and followed to hang washing out. Highly recommend ”

“A great place to stay for a couple... and, in our case, two small dogs. Everything you need, although no freezer or laundry facility. The fridge is a wine fridge but it's huge and was plenty big enough for our needs. Tons of room, excellent bathroom, comfortable bed, wifi, large tv. Easy access to Havelock and Queen Charlotte Sound, Blenheim, Picton, and Rapara Beach (no good for swimming but awesome ruggedness), plus heaps of wineries to explore.”
