The Japanese people that stayed in this hotel were rude. Wouldn’t share and elevator or sit by us during breakfast. Even closed elevator on us so we couldn’t get on. And can’t use onsen because of tattoos. So if a white person with tattoos… please move on. And had to buy ice. Rooms were clean and bed comfortable and staff was nice. But people who stay here are rude and nasty!

新築で清掃も行き届いていて気持ち良く過ごす事が出来ました　2Fのリビングからは播磨灘の先に沈む夕日がとても綺麗でした夜屋上からは星の合間を飛び交う飛行機の光の多さにビックリ流れ星の様でした

Excellent check in and breakfast staff. Both so helpful, friendly, professional & welcoming. Large, clean room with full amenities (coffee, tea, water, toiletries). Great location a few minutes walk from train station.

I thoroughly enjoyed the traditional feel of the suite, the bathroom was my favorite part. Access to a balcony was welcomed, the beds were comfy, and the room was quite spacious. The location is very close to the Awa Odori festival, shrines, and restaurants. The hostess spoke very good English and was a very sweet woman. The price was only expensive because I had booked explicitly for the Awa Odori, but that is to be expected for such a grand festival and being so close.
