"Booked a club room but staff tried to put me in a regular room, insisting that it was a club room even though it was much smaller. I was taken to a club room upon insisting of being provided one, and told that this was in the older wing. The older wing turned out to be under part maintenance, though ..."

"The overall service was extremely bad, i called them couple of times to tell my parents are senior citizen and they have to take tablets provide food and other thibgs on time but they never did at all. We checked out 1 day before as we felt this is was not good at all"
