"Breathtaking views perched on the hills overlooking the sea and the white mountains. Run by a wonderful and helpful local family. I loved this property even with the tiny shower and slow internet (Whole area is slow). This is the best place for this area, close to a beautiful town Georgioupoli and to over 6-10 miles of beach. It has a nice pool but the balconies are the steal. "

Excellent choice for a Georgioupoli stay.

"Perfectly located above a supermarket in Georgioupoli square. 5 well appointed appartments which appear to be fairly new. Room 2 ( ours) and room 3 have near perfect views of the square with its 2 fountains and all the activity at night with the surrounding bars/ restaurants etc. With the balcony door shut we could hear nothing outside so good soundproofing. Our room had a queen bed and a second room with kitchen and convertible settee in to another bed. Also a seperate bathroom with walk in shower/toilet. Kitchen had a variety of appliances; microwave, 2 ring electric hob, fridge with small freezer section, toaster, kettle etc. There were a few shortfalls in equipment which upon request were quickly sorted ( a new larger frying pan, spatula, mixing bowl ) were presented at the door within half an hour. Excellent cleaning programme daily with bins emptied, beds made, floors cleaned etc. Faultless. Small carpack to one side of the appartments but on a first come first served basis. Maybe 20 cars or so only. Non Payable."

"My wife and I had our honeymoon at Eliros Mare. It was our first time in Greece and we really enjoyed our time. We chose to go with the all inclusive option and the room with a private pool for our stay. The only negative about our experience was that it was not a true all inclusive experience. A large portion of drinks, menu items and room service came at an extra charge. Entertainment staff were kind and made our time during the day enjoyable with beach volleyball and other pool/beach activities. Food service at breakfast, lunch and dinner was okay as the servers would rush to take your initial drink order but wouldn’t return unless they were waived down or at your table to clear plates. We enjoyed our room as it was spacious and had the private pool which was nice to have. Overall, we enjoyed our experience and would return to Eliros but would rethink the all inclusive option and most likely opt for a regular room without a private pool as we don’t believe it was utilized enough for the extra cost. "

"The staff were exceptionally friendly and accommodating. The food was delicious and there was plenty of choice. The location was perfect for us, as a family being within easy reach of local restaurants and shops selling lovely gifts! You can easily walk around this pretty village with it's beautiful sandy beach and calm sea which was just a stones throw away from the hotel room. Would definitely revisited. "

Excellent villa, well situated, with a lovely villa owner

"This villa ticks all the boxes, well situated overlooking the local town is clean, well maitained and the best equipped we have been to. For example, dishwasher tablets, washing up powder etc...even a tap producing filtered water meaning we dont have to buy and carry litres of water. The pool was always clean, the air con works and the tv has loads of options. The villa owner Michael could not have been more helpful, we arrived with a hot meal left for us, and a fridge with all sorts such as salad and beer. It really is a 10min walk to the town maybe 12-15mins to the beach, the sea is warm, restaurants were good and people were nice. You can easily get by without a car although we rented locally from Mikes who where well priced and drove the car to and from our villa. If we visit Crete again we would defintely want to come back to this villa."

"The property was just right for us with the lake one way up the road and the beach and the town the other. We walked a lot which was hot and sweaty but is was doable as the the kids are all young adults. The property had everything that we needed and Eleni was very helpful. I would thoroughly recommend staying in Villa Maria Luna"

Villa Astro next to the beach and to Georgioupolis center with private pool

All round excellent

"From booking, communication has been excellent. Upon arrival we were greeted, late at night, by the lovely Chrissy. The villa was just fabulous! Everything from the space, the cleanliness, the excellent pool and of course the location was just as expected. We walked to and from Georgioupolis every day and night and had no problems. Lots of excellent restaurants and cafes and bars in walking distance. The beach was very clean. We hired a car and did lots of day trips and Kournas lake was so close and a lovely place to visit. I'd have no hesitation in recommending the villa or any of the 5 in the block. You feel like your in the country but a short walk away from everything you need. We popped in to see Stella in the office too and she was very helpful, all the staff who come each day to look after the gardens etc were so friendly as well! Efaristo!"
