“While the house has many bedrooms and can sleep up to 9 people, The property is best suited to four, as dining and lounging space is limited. The beds are fabulous, the bathrooms very clean, the kitchen well stocked and very functional. There is a great park for evening walks right across the road and you are within 5 minutes to lots of restaurants.”

“A little gem of a house. Clean and cheery. Patio on a small river. The surrounding neighborhood is somewhat industrial and apartment-like, yet the property feels restful and secluded. Cynthia was great to deal with. Great base to explore the Thunder Bay area. ”

“This is the second time we booked this home. It is very clean and well stocked with dishes,cups pots, pans and small appliances. Everything is in working order. The back deck with a roof is very nice and private to enjoy outdoor eating or just being outside. The area and street are usually quiet and not very busy with car traffic. Cindy the host is very responsive and when I asked for a few items, they appeared in the house before we arrived. They have also been very accommodating when we arrive……

“The house is centrally located and was convenient for all of our outings. It is clean and has many of the items we needed. The beds are very comfortable, and the linens are very nice. The towels were very nice and there was a generous supply of toilet tissue, which has not always been the case in many of the VRBOs we have previously stayed in. “My husband, son and I stayed at this location while visiting family for the week. It was perfect and met all of our needs, including being a short drive from the people we were visiting. It was clean, very comfortable, had all the necessary appliances, cookware, etc. We slept very well in the beds and thoroughly enjoyed our days there when we were not out with family or seeing the city. "As the price value was pretty okay for what they provided, a clean room with a reasonable breakfast. Located next to the highway to the West as I remember. Except the 2 reception staffs morning and late afternoon were a bit impolite and impatient. I complained that they offered me a very inconvenient room that hard to carry my big luggage through a very hallway. The reception female staff for check in answered me kind of stupid reply. Another lady in the morning, that I asked when returned back the deposit to my account, she was told it would back to my credit card. I have never used my credit card there? She continued to say my debit card was a credit card in same. I have no time to continue this silly conversation. Please offer the reception staffs more training about how to communicate with the customers and their knowledge too. Thanks."
