This house was immaculately clean (probably the cleanest vacation place we have ever stayed!) and was just perfect for our family of four. The beds were so comfortable. The kitchen was very spacious with nice appliances. We made our own breakfast and lunch daily there. We did need to buy our own cooking spray and butter, but there were plenty of pots, pans, dishes and utensils as well as spices, salt, and pepper. If you need aluminum foil or parchment paper, or anything for cooking, it’s just a quick 10-minute drive to one of the two grocery stores in town. For eating, there is a good size dining room table inside and a nice outdoors back patio with a table and chairs. The patio is perfect to dine on or just hang out and enjoy the sunshine or the gorgeous nighttime sky.
The location of the house was the perfect spot for us to see many of the amazing places nearby. We went to the. north rim of the Grand Canyon, Zion, Bryce, Wire Pass (part of Buckskin Gulch), Coral Pink Sand Dunes, did an ATV tour of Peek-a-Boo Slot Canyon (truly fantastic!), and attended a star-gazing “party” hosted by folks from a non-profit group raising money to build an observatory in Kane County. We saw so many shooting stars and the Milky Way along with viewing so many stars through the provided telescopes.
This was a phenomenal trip! Claudia and Dave were wonderful hosts and were readily available. We loved our stay here and would absolutely stay here again.
