"Absolutely loved this hotel. Was amazing staying in one of the floating rooms on the river and the scenery was so beautiful. All the staff were extremely friendly and helpful. I would highly recommend renting a car as it is about an hour outside of Kanchanaburi city so having your own transport gives you more flexibility "

"Expedia listed this property with Free Breakfast, a gym and a spa - and NONE were true. The staff did get us a free breakfast as I showed the Expedia itinerary several times. We were charged 50 Bhat for a second pillow as my husband always uses two. There was only 1 free water bottle for two of us. The grounds were beautiful. "

"Staff very polite and helpful. Limited breakfast choice probably due to low season as we've stayed before and there was a great buffet selection. Overall very comfortable and convenient for restaurants "
