Overall we had a great stay. The apartment was easy to find, and easy to get in. Very nice, updated apartment. Getting off the interstate near the apartment had me second guessing my rental. There was a community of homeless people in the median of the off/on ramp (makeshift gathering spot complete with pallet wall, buckets for seats and tents right on the road/ underpass). Once we got to the apartment and drove around it was more reassuring. Nice neighborhood. Didn't even notice the downstairs neighbors. You will hear the train occasionally throughout the night, as well as sirens from emergency vehicles. We are used to the train as we live in a small community with a train horn every 5-10 minutes. The sirens on the other hand were more of a nuisance, but that is to be expected with as large of city/ population as Kansas City. We could only recommend a couple things for the owner to address. One being the fan in the bedroom. It sounds like it is going to come off the ceiling when it is on. Another is the shower pressure. Maybe a new shower head could solve that. Maybe include instructions on the two different remotes. We didn't utilize one remote as we couldn't figure it out. Thank you again for allowing us to stay!

5/5 Excellent

We had a wonderful stay in your beautiful space.
The property has everything you need for a nice getaway. I will definitely be back.

5/5 Excellent

Great Place to stay
The property was extremely clean, quiet, and well kept. My brother and I went up for my graduation and loved the location. It was in the middle of the city and only 10-15 mins away from anything we wanted to see. I highly recommend it.

5/5 Excellent

Great downtown location; convenient to all of KC from here.
Great property in a historic part of KC, Columbus Park, and blocks away from the legendary Garozzo's restaurant and City Market. All points in the KC metro are within 30-40 mins drive from this location. Very clean unit overall, listing photos present accurately, fast internet, and quick responses from Andrew and team for maintenance requests. The neighborhood is a close community with many long time residents. This KC native will stay here again when in town!

3/5 Okay

Great location and property, just a few unfortunate circumstances
When we arrived we found the sink in the bathroom was unusable due to it being broken, we let the property manager know right away. They responded that they would figure out a repair as soon as possible. The next afternoon, we had to contact the manager again about the sink. They did come look at it, but it was not fixed during our stay. It was an inconvenience not being able to use the sink especially when we notified the manager of the issue as soon as we checked in. We loved the apartment, it was the perfect size for the two of us with a dog for a two night stay and the location was very close to everything we wanted to do. The neighborhood was also very quiet. On the day of our departure, we did not have hot water. There were city workers doing work on the street so not sure if this was related.
