We have the most amazing repair crew and we replaced with a tankless water heater The guests were so gracious and capable They turned off the water right away and spent time draining the tank It was a group effort and it’s possible smoother group could not have been so understanding The best guests ever

So sorry, the adjacent unit is a vacation rental and we don't usually get noise complaints. The roosters do crow at all hours. We are trying to find a good noise cancelling device but encourage guests to bring earplugs. Again. sorry

So sorry to hear your comments. Since your stay we have replaced the beds. We have looked to replace the sofa but it is a fold out sleeper and we havent' been able to find one that is comfortable. We may find a Non-Sleeping sofa and omit the option of sleeping. We never offered a grill in the listing. The county fire code requires that grills must be pushed away from the covered lanai which is not possible on the top floor units. We have repeated argued with the association to provide a common area BBQ. Regarding the half bath’s fan , we replaced. We also replaced the full bath’s fan. we replaced the chairs on the front lanai. We pride ourselves in being responsive. We are available by cell phone and text. We are going to provide a secondary number to our guests. We just replaced the pots and pans, added a hallway mirror. Replaced the dresser in the the Oceanside bedroom. Honestly don’t know what else we can do. And we feel badly about throwing away perfectly good items We understand that you will not return and won't recommend to friends. We try to make guests enjoy our beautiful island. we are sorry we couldn’t please you during your stay.

The association will not allow air-conditioning. We do have 2 artic coolers. The guests need to put ice-cubes in the unit. They work the entire night.

The association will not allow air-conditioning. We have two floor standing "artic coolers". You can add ice and water and it will cool through the night.
