The unit itself is oddly arranged and kind of chopped up. The bathroom is difficult to negotiate with the doors and location of sink and tub. There was a constant grinding noise every working day on the floor above which was super annoying. The washing machine is a bit tricky and has to be reset often to open the door. "First off housekeeping has to take a course in cleaning they do not know how to clean well I had a complaint about the commode underneath to come out it was so dirty that it was not done in a week or so they did not clean the stands where the lamp also there were watermarks from previous renters old furniture where I was at I was on the third floor maybe and makes a difference on what floor you're on I was on the I was on the third floor but housekeeping has to do a better job and I need because...

"Convenient to transportation, stores and business district. Clean rooms and comfortable room size. TV is not user-friendly to set up wifi. Step by step instruction should be provided so porter is not needed when unit has been reset. Setting up date and time to match available password in not intuitive. Netflix was not useable as 1 user locked out all other users with password. Hotel bathroom needs 1/2 size water- resistant curtan to cover toilet during showers."
