We enjoyed that the pool and jacuzzi closed late. Beach was ok. We didn’t like that there’s no daily room cleaning or fresh towels. Rooms can use a deep clean.

The A107 condo was alll luxury. The kitchen items were supplied and even the pantry was full. We had coffee with beach front view every morning and the large table was wonderful for family meal in the evening. The large bathtubs were nice after a long day of hiking or swimming. We will be returning

The condo was great and (except sofa bed very uncomfortable). No maid service to speak of you need to wash your own towels and take out your garbage. Pool area fantastic with easy beach access. Restaurant on property great view but pricey and very small portions. Walking distance to Safeway and ABC store.

We have stayed here before with great results. The entire place is great. But this time was just a bit different. Room A401 The bed mattress really needs to be replaced. The patio door squeaked terribly. And the cooktop would turn off and on by itself. Mostly off. But Don the maint man fixed the door and brought us a portable cooktop. He was amazing. The cleaning staff in our room was also amazing.

The rooms are beautiful. My grandchildren loved the lazy river, waterfall and slides. We went to the Oasis Restaurant on property for 10 of us and it was delicious and beautiful atmosphere. Would definitely return to this resort.

The property was great, however the sofa cushions were broken down along with the chairs uncomfortable sitting. The bed was also poor condition sagging and hard on the back. Suggest new cushions and mattress topper. We were in room D209.

We really enjoyed the resort and pool area. Suites are large and comfortable. Only complaint/suggestion we might have was an upgrade for the couch in our unit. All other furniture was great... Recommend this for anyone...

The property is overall nice. Unfortunately we had booked a Gardenview room - well this meant a PARKING LOT VIEW room. I didn’t spend $500 a night for a parking lot. I could have stayed at a Motel-6 for that. The single restaurant on property was closed most of the time we were there. The pool area is small but nice. The beach is nice. Overpriced for what you get.

Love the condo rooms - very spacious, comfortable but hate not having maid service, fresh towels, no garbage pickup - even limited service is needed. We had to take trash outside and get fresh towels from the pool area for our showers. If you expect people to launder their own towels you should provide laundry detergent. Food at Oasis restaurant was great but considerably overpriced

Beautiful property. Our room was on the 4th floor and the view was breathtaking. The staff was friendly and helpful. There was a shopping center located across the street, with a grocery store, which was convenient. The beach was a short walk from our room. We throughly enjoyed our stay.

Perfect resort!!! Very little people around, basically had our own private beach outside our oceanfront two bedroom. Views were incredible and was super quiet all around the property. Great walking path around the property. Pool area was great but we never went, spent all our time on the beach on provided loungers & beach towels. Live music at the little restaurant that you could enjoy from the beach. Staff were friendly, room was amaaaazing. Just an overall incredible experience!

Air conditioning broke, elevators broken down, water in pool dirty, key pad to room died no way to get into room. Pillows look were stained & very old Site says restaurant on property, was only open Tuesday-Friday 4 hours nighty. Do not stay here not worth it.

We had an excellent time here! Stayed 3 days with family. They staff at check in were the best can not say enough about their Aloha spirit !! Grounds were impeccably maintained and our unit was in perfect condition with updated kitchen. Pool area was very nice and we enjoyed our time enjoying the Lazy walking river. Plenty of chairs and easy access towels were not a problem and we had no issues. Only thing we were a little disappointed in was the pool bar didn’t open until 3 and was closed on Sunday and Monday but with Safeway conveniently located across the street we made our own pool drinks and probably saved some $$$ Anyway highly recommend and we will be back again!!

Great property. The two bedroom was big, roomy, and very enjoyable. The grounds are well kept. The pool is amazing. would definitely stay here again. The only drawback is that currently the restaurant is Open for dinner only.

we booked a room thru hotels.com and wasnt sure what we were getting-very few pictures on internet, but was very surprised when we got there at how nice it was. We were on the 3rd floor, with a view of the pool and ocean in the distance with a nice little balcony with table and chairs. was surprising nice. Hot tubs were nice, there was 3 of them and they had sand in the bottom, very beachy. We had a little refrigerator and coffee maker. Was a very nice experience for the price.

This place was awesome! We loved the pool and the resort is in a great location. That security guard is the gem of this place Would have been nice to have the staff more available on the weekends. You should all use Qualtrics for your surveys though.
