“Our room smelled like cigarettes upon first checking in. This place also claims to have a policy where if you stay for more than 1 night, they will change your towels and linens every 3 days. We stayed for 5 days and nothing was picked up and replaced, housekeeping did not come once. We had to go to the front desk 3 times to request housekeeping for toilet paper and fresh towels/linen. “The place definitely doesn’t look like the website depicts! I asked for an iron and they gave me a broken iron that looked 30 years old. It was so bad I had to buy my own iron at a local store! I asked did they have another iron and the guy at the desk said it wasn’t in his storage. There were no irons or boards in the room. I had to go to the front desk to get the iron and board. The floors were filthy and the towels and wash cloths looked dingy. The room was outdated and the tv never worked!……

“I had to use a Kiosk to "check in" at the front desk, which was almost not user friendly. It was very difficult to hear the guy on the other end helping to verify everything. The rooms were ok. The room I was in had torn curtains, and a torn bedspread which had been sewed. The wall board behind the bed was very dirty, kind of grossed me out, but the bed itself was clean. I really was only there to shower and sleep, so it wasn't much trouble for me. I am just letting you know what I experienced.……
