“I'll start with my top dislike, which is the room switch they decided without telling me or giving me the option to cancel my reservation. My husband has a knee injury so climbing stairs to the second floor was painful, but he accepted it. This B&B only has a small number of rooms to begin with and I liked only one room on the ground level, so i reserved it over a month ago. I was greeting pleasantly, the place was clean, no bad smells, and the breakfast was good. The themed room I was given……

“I’ve never stayed at a B&B but this one is beautiful, it’s clean and nice and quiet. The bed was the most comfortable I’ve slept on. ”

“The bed a little too firm for us but that’s a personal thing. The shower floor was extremely slick, dangerously so. The room itself is very cute. There were a lot of wasps flying outside the entrance. ”

“Amazing - if you are interested in the last few hundred years of U.S. History, I'd put this one on your list of places to visit. Just a great experience. Out of the innumerable artifacts dating back to the end of the 18th century, I particularly was taken back by the original copy of a page from April 15th, 1865 - I didn't have time to see everything. The property's stewards will most likely offer a tour and they are really nice folks. I thought this location was aggressively under priced. ”

“This stay has been amazing! Bed is super comfy (and I’ve had back surgery) took all the back pain away! Host is friendly and accommodating. Beach house was very clean. The stay has been awesome ! ”

“Thoroughly enjoyed month my stay with Peggy. She was attentive, kind, and warm welcoming. I had the whole upstairs to myself for the month which was plenty for me and my pet cat. Even had my own spot in the driveway. First time in Missouri and I felt so welcomed I want to come back. Quiet home for bedtime hours which I LOVED. Blue springs is a beautiful town with a variety of things to do within a few miles from biking, shopping, or dining. 10/10 I’d book again with Peggy. Thank you Peggy for……
