Our stay at Seven Secrets by Hanging Gardens was nothing short of exceptional. This resort strikes the perfect balance between quaint charm and luxurious comfort. The staff were incredibly friendly and kind—always attentive, yet never intrusive. Their genuine warmth and professionalism added a personal touch to our experience, making us feel truly cared for throughout our stay. The resort itself is beautifully maintained, with thoughtful details that reflect a deep appreciation for both design and comfort. Whether we were lounging by the pool or enjoying the serene beach sunset views, everything felt perfectly curated to create a peaceful and indulgent escape. Very clean,great breakfast and facilities

The staff were very attentive, helpful and pleasant to be around. The rooms were in great condition and the pool is breathtaking, especially at night. While it is rated as a 3 star hotel, we felt like we had a 5 star experience. I loved it so much that I’ve already booked another visit at one of their other locations.

This was my second time staying at Gili Air Escape and I plan on going back next winter break! Love it! Love Sapar and the team of gentlemen who look after the property and the guests. They are kind, enthusiastic, always smiling, and very accommodating. I love Gili Air Escape because of the central location, the cleanliness and size of the bunglaows, and the pool! If you want to head to the beach, it's only a 10 minute walk. Additionally, there are ton of dining options around the property. Finally, I really appreciated that they pool/beach towels were upgraded this time - they are huge and fluffy! Nice work! See you in December 2026!
