Saya melakukan reservasi untuk tamu, betapa malunya kami saat check in pihak hotel mengatakan kalau hotel merdeka tidak ada kerjasama dengan hotels.com sehingga tamu terlantar di lobby hotel kurang lebih 3 jam-an. Setelah berdebat dengan pihak hotel merdeka, akhirnya tamu kami mendapat "kebijaksanaan" untuk menginap selama semalam saja, dan untuk malam berikutnya "masih belum pasti" ????? Saya menelepon 2 kali ke call center hotels.com katanya akan diselesaikan dengan pihak hotel dan akan menghubungi saya kembali. tetapi setelah menunggu 1 jam tidak ada telepon balik/follow up sama sekali, baru setelah telepon ketiga kalinya mereka memastikan kalau tamu kami mendapat "jaminan" kamar sesuai dengan pesanan saya (yg telah terbayar lunas) yaitu 2 malam.
