Gorgeous Ground Floor Condo on Quiet Creekside

This is a wonderful one bedroom, one bathroom, plus den condo at Playa Del Sol Resort. The master room features a queen size bed, walk-in closet and convenient access to the washroom. The den is equip with a trundle bed and the living area has a queen size pull-out sofa. It is fully furnished and includes everything you would need to feel at home. Located on the ground floor provides quick access to the walking path next to the creek if you bring your small four legged companions. This unit has been recently renovated with fresh paint throughout and laminate flooring in the bedrooms.

Playa Del Sol features a roof top pool and hot tub, fitness facility with sauna, Basil & Mint Restaurant and Bar, Esther & Sons Coffee House, and Ryders Spin Barre. The 3rd floor courtyards feature two shared BBQ’s and a fire pit providing additional options for your entertaining. Across the street from Okanagan Lake, this rental is steps away from the beach.

This property is ideally located close to beaches, and the Pandosy village amenities. Condo was quiet, very clean and well stocked. There is a wonderful pool deck for the entire family. Parking and access very good. Would recommend this property and its owner.

This is the best rental we have ever stayed in and believe me we have stayed in a lot over the years. The unit has been very nicely renovated recently. It is very quaint with nice personal touches as well as being organized and well stocked. The location is ideal for some peace and quite away from the downtown area while still being walking distance to the beach and water sports activities. The owners make it so easy with communication both by Vrbo and personal text and phone number. I would definitely rent this unit again 👍👍👍

Owners condo was perfectly comfortable for us and our puppy. Very well maintained and stocked with the comforts of home. The welcome bottle of wine was a great treat! The condo was well stocked with everything that was needed. The deck was perfect for our kids (2&4) to play and run around a bit. The pool is also incredible for young kiddos as it’s 3-4 feet deep, there’s a coffee shop and fitness studio in the same building which was handy. We will be back!

We really enjoyed the 10 days that we stayed in the vacation rental. As a family with a young child, the washing/dryer machine made our stay extra convenient. It was also quite spacious. The bottle of wine was a very thoughtful gesture and very welcoming.
