“The chalet was lovely, very clean, comfortable with enclosed decking which was really nice to sit out on in the evening. The owners are dog friendly & they had left a small welcome bag for my staffie with a couple of treats & tennis ball in which i thought was fab. Will definitely be booking again for a longer stay as we only stopped one night. Would definitely recommend this chalet as it is in an ideal location not far from Mablethorpe seafront.”

“We weren't in the room much asside from cleaning up and sleeping, The location is definitely the primary upside. I would say if you dont mind having a housemate type feel this is perfect!”

“Quality of furniture in the apartment is really poor with one dining seat being dangerous and mattress on all beds poor. Showers are best left to run for at least 15 minutes till they heat up and was disappointed there was only the kitchen area to sit in which had no tv but one in main bedroom. Stairs are a killer and was not advised about available parking to the rear which I only found on our last night. Can’t fault how clean it all was and it was £100’s cheaper than everything else nearby.……

“Nice property, conveniently located to the town. It’s not the largest of properties but it was perfect for myself and my 3 sons. 2 bedrooms and a sofa bed with a sprung mattress. Quiet location. Facilities in the chalet was good. Sky TV for in between beach trips. Would stay again. ”

“Lovely spacious home and perfect for us and the dog. The kids loved having a telly in their bedroom and we appreciated the fresh laundry, tea bags and coffee. Will definitely book again when we're over visiting family. ”

“Beautifully presented cottage, lovely homely feel. Great location just between Woodhall Spa and Horncastle and not too far from Lincoln too. Lots places to visit nearby even though u are in the middle of nowhere with a fantastic view. ”
