After reading multiple reviews by others…it is obvious that my situation has happened before. I checked in Aug 25, 2026 about 4:15 pm. As soon as I walked in the door, I felt like I should’ve stayed elsewhere. No hostess so tapped the bell. Few minutes later I am greeted by the most unwelcoming hostess. I gave her some grace thinking she had a bad day. She pushed the key over to me…no directions to the room and no “Hope you enjoy your visit”. Found the room and opened the door to an OCCUPIED room. Go back down and ask for a refund. Right away she gets defensive and tells me she can’t. I asked to speak to the manager…5,6,7 times I asked and she REFUSED each time to call one. She said I was trying to get her fired and threatened to call the cops on me because I cursed at her…sure did after her flat out refusing to call. Finally she calls a manager and said manager made me believe that when she got home that she would take care of the refund. Next day, still no call or text back from her. I stopped back in after customer relations told me I had to go thru the hotel to get the refund. Above manager was there and told me that she spoke to the owner and said “after listening to her side and your side, we cannot refund because she offered to give you the correct room key”. Why would I chose to stay there after she gave me someone else’s room key…what if she gave some stranger a key MY room? Been trying to contact hotel directly for a week now & the call does not ring thru.

While the room was quiet, it was a little “tired”. It could have used a carpet and furniture upgrade. I don’t think that it was worth the price.

Was told id receive deposit back in 7-10 days. It took 25 days and after 10 I called and they hadn't even began refunding it even though I had called twice previously.
