A lovely welcoming B&B only a couple of minutes walk in to the centre of Keswick. The room was clean and modern with a fantastic breakfast in the morning. The owners were friendly and very helpful with useful local knowledge.
Excellent few days away. The place was very comfortable and friendly. Highly recommend it. Ideally situated to the town, near but not near enough. Ideal for Derwent water and the fells.
The B&B was super clean, very comfortable bed. Host and hostess very welcoming nothing was to much of a bother for them. Breakfast was ample and tasty. Would recommend the b&b to family and friends.
Beautiful guesthouse, clean, well decorated, luxurious bedding, fabulous breakfast, quiet rooms of good size. 5 minutes walk from the centre of Keswick and easy access to local walking. Highly recommended.
This is a really well run guest house. The owners are helpful and friendly, the place is spotless, the breakfast and choice are excellent. There is good parking behind the house. Two houses have been rolled into one,and if one wants to quibble the rooms are a little, but not very, small. The location is excellent,an easy five minutes walk from town.
Our stay was absolutely fantastic. From the minute we stepped into the room we knew we would be very comfortable. The room has a really cosy feel with beds and pillows that just hug you to sleep after a tiring day walking in the hills and taking in all that fresh air. The breakfast was outstanding and we were excited to be sitting at the breakfast table on the second day knowing what was about to come. The hosts were really lovely and the attention to details in the room and the view from the window means we will definately be back.
Breakfast really good with a large selection and asked if we had any special dietary requirements. John and Julia were really friendly welcoming and gave good advice about walks and local amenities.
