Room 112, 8th stay at this hotel (work book it for me otherwise i would stay elsewhere). Shower blocked and slow draining Mirror in bathroom not cleaned Polystyrene bits on the carpet BREAKFAST - arrived for breakfast at 7-35am. No bacon, no milk, no butter packs. Butter and milk arrived 2-3 minutes after making the server aware, i left the hotel at 7-50 and still no bacon, eggs are powdered and taste of sand. nobody on reception as i left so no "thank you, bye" from the staff

While it offers no compensation to you, we have experienced some issues with our supplier, whereby they have not delivered on time with no notice, and a bug has affected 50% of our front desk team in the last 72 hours which has left us short. Hopefully this will be different on your next stay. I have forwarded your comments regarding your room to our Housekeeping and Maintenance team for their review.

Well situated for the A14, quiet location large car park, comfortable warm welcoming atmosphere for Breakfast. Uncluttered arrangement of furniture, wide corridors warm bedroom , decent sized TV

my 6th visit to this hotel and to date all has been good. This stay however was terrible, room 108, mould above the shower, wet strains on the carpet (hot chocolate) but why is it still wet? bedside cabinet had not been wiped and was cola on the surface (still wet), pot noodle bits on the bathroom floor and poo in the toilet. Will seek alternative hotels which is a shame as its near my place of work 1-2 days per week.

Booking in quick and efficient. Room clean. Hole in curtains. Black mould behind the wash hand basin. Bathroom smelt of damp.Mark on the sheets. Phone not working and identified as wrong room number. Reported to staff. Had expected a better quality of room. Breakfast fine.

Pretty standard HI experience with small niggles,
A standard chain hotel, staff very helpful, we did have to relocate during our stay but got a voucher for a drink at the bar which was a nice gesture, the breakfast is semi decent with basic hot & cold selction helping you set up for the day. I do rate the Holiday Inn brand well and this one was on par with their other sites I've stayed in recently,
