“The property was clean and staff was good. I requested rooms to be cleaned had two and they were not cleaned as asked and had to ask again and ran out of towels.”

“Zero stars! Do not stay here. The entire property was filthy. Our room had dried blood on the door, cigarette burns in the comforters. People were doing drugs in the hallways and parking lots. It appears to be a homeless camp. Definitely felt very unsafe. The property has been neglected for years. I travel alot and have stayed at some less than preferable properties but this one takes the cake. We left and received a refund. Unfortunately the name association has always been a go to for me when……

“Staying here was definitely a "get what you pay for" situation. The room, while non-smoking, smelled like someone smoked in it for decades and the smell will probably never go away. The bed was made however the pillows looked like they were just tossed on the bed, leaving me to wonder when the bedding was last cleaned. Additionally the bed had significant depressions, leaving me to believe it was very old, or just super poor quality. The bathroom had a soft spot in the floor, right as you walk……

“It’s in a convenient location. However the bathroom ceiling had mold and I had to collect my own trash and set it outside of the door as they didn’t clean the room either day.”

“First off I love the upgrades I love the news two person jetted hot tub what I did not like at all was the bed it was hard and very very uncomfortable, took me forever to be able to get a clean towel. Sunday a group of young people got in the hot tub in the early afternoon and remained in there the rest of the day and night so no one else could get in there which was not fair to the rest of the guests. I normally love this brand and have no complaints I'm not sure if I'll return to this property……

“The evening staff was ok but the morning staff was so rude. We had asked for late checkout the night before yet the maid was knocking trying to come in at 11:00…are check out was 12:00. I phoned down to front desk. Couldn’t understand the guy. 12:00 comes around. They are banging on door again. We decided we would stay another night so we could sleep as we didn’t get in until 3:30 am. I called front desk …couldn’t understand him but told him we would stay another night. Next thing he……

“As very seasoned travelers (65F & 64M) who have stayed in places all across the country, my husband & I failed to do our due diligence in reading reviews for this hotel. Many of the poor reviews are very similar to our experience. We booked this room 2 months in advance of a trip from Michigan to Virginia to see our granddaughter’s high school graduation. We traveled home from New York through Canada (5+ hour drive) to arrive at the hotel. While checking in, we were advised that the on-site……

“The inside of the hotel was absolutely immaculate. The hotel staff were so kind and always nice. The outside at the entrance door had tons of cigarettes butts all next to trash can. Trash all over behind the hotel on dog runs, lots of dog poop never picked up. Hotel workers sitting in vehicles with friends smoking pot, letting kids take over the pool. I know it was workers kids since they came out of pool asking for mom because they were hungry. For a brand new hotel its disappointing to……

“Wonderful experience”

“Not too much to say. It was the weekend and several families staying and playing in the pool. That was fine, they're children but I was put very near the pool. Not an early night. It was okay.”
