Checked in about midnight. Was told it was a non-smoking room, (I am a non-smoker) only to have room smell like smoke. Main blanket had cigarette burns and holes on it. Bathroom was terrible, with rust stains in shower and paint peeling on ceiling. Towels were in such poor condition that I would not use them to wash my car. Then they said that they only had one room, which looked like a janitor closet. I started to call Travelocity, and he said he had one more room upstairs with no a/c. I reluctantly took it. It was filthy, cigarette burns on the blankets, shower didn’t work. They did however book us a room with an additional $10 deposit for a room card. The room appeared to be cleaned until you turned on the lights. It was completely filthy in the bathroom, I don’t believe they have ever cleaned the shower, walls/door and shower curtain. The bed still had hairs near the top of the bed and no pillow cases. Pullout bed was missing all coverings. Only had one set of towels. Up on checking out a different attendant tried to refuse to return my refund because I didn’t check in with him the day before. Second thing the room was not clean, shower not working, pillows are very and sheets are very dirty, you can smell it from a mile away. The room has a refrigerator with a half drank Gatorade in it. Microwave has burnt food on its glass bottom ( had to remove someone’s plate from it to see it). There was one hand towel and one wash cloth no large towels. The shower was not working correctly and loose. The tub drain strainer missing. The hot water was warm but not hot, I ran the sink to see if it was the anti scold setting but it never got hot. The smoke alarm was covered with plastic bag to avoid going off because of demolishing going on in hallway. Six propane tanks in by stairs with a heating device upon entrance to stairs. Turned key in and advised could not stay here. There is no mirror in the room at all, the room and bathroom was filthy, and the towels were dirty. The power went out just for the hotel (gas station attendant next door said they didnt lose power and there was no other power outage happend that he knew of), never came back on, we had to pack up and leave to another hotel at 3am because the room got so cold from no heat. Went back at 7am to gather our belongings and even the emergency hall lights were not working at this point, had to use the flashlight on my phone to make my way up the stairs and to gather my things from the room. Ruined the whole night.
