Comfy and nice staff

Simple and comfortable room. Very nice and helpful staff. Breakfast was simple but had plenty of options. Some room "perks" were a little outdated-- television on older side, fireplace didn't work. But comfortable and spacious.

The hotel was very outdated, smelly and dirty,the couch and beds were not comfortable, i reserved a roll in shower and did not get that , the handicapped accessible pool chair was not functioning, guy told me they not fixing it , had to ask for pool towels , the website advertised a hot tub , it didn't have one , the tv was broke in one of the rooms, they did eventually bring another tv , breakfast attendant was rude .the only thing that was decent was the desk staff they were friendly

I want my money back.

Disappointing. Room is old and dingy. Furniture is worn like I've never seen. Bed was okay at best, buy buy some new sheets please, Something that fits. Carpet is stained, kitchenette flooring is buckling, one elevator didn't work. How in the world can you leave me coffee and tea makings WITHOUT a carafe for the coffee maker, AND no cups anyway. Breakfast was free and worth every penny. On quick glance the hotel is fair, but you can't hide this much lack of care very deep. This is an old and tired property badly in need of updating. But, the lady at check in was terrific.

The room was clean. One night in the 2-bedroom suite. Modern shower and bathroom. Beds comfortable. Sofa very UNcomfortable. Things that didn't work: fireplace in room did not work, microwave didn't work, elevator didn't work. Hallway was grungy, stairway nasty. Just stayed one night. It was almost half the price as nearby hotels, so it was as expected I guess. The room was clean which to me personally is what's most important when staying one night at a highway/airport hotel.

The hotel is in shambles. The room is so outdated and the sofa sleeper is dirty ripped and broken. The tv don’t work and the room smelled awful. We refused to stay and went to the Holiday Inn in Grand Blanc

This hotel should be closed for renovations, it’s filthy and undergoing a full refit. It’s a shame that brands like this don’t see the damage they do to themselves and their guests renting rooms in filth like this.

We did not stay. The room didn't have a pull out couch although that is what we paid for. We were told our child could sleep on the floor. We paid for a bed, so this was unacceptable, but even worse, the carpet was damp and stained. The room smelled like smoke and old food. There were lights that didn't work in the bedroom and bathroom. The pool - which our kids were excited to use - was closed. We had a birthday celebration planned at a nearby restaurant. We asked for a different room, but none were available, so we drove all the way home instead and skipped the bday dinner.

Room had carpet stains and smoke alarm is not hooked up in living room. Vanity light doesn't work. Freezer ice maker tray not in the freezer. No chairs for the dining table. Couch has no pillows and is very uncomfortable. Will never stay at this location every again. Reminder...IM A MARRIOTT REWARDS MEMBER.
