-Room(s) credit should be worded as “coupon” NOT credit. We have two rooms, thought we have $900 in room credits per room, but it was a coupon anpply to excursions. Out of the $1,800 room credits, we could only use $40 coupon towards 4 people for snorkeling, $10 coupon applied per person.
-Toilet not strong at all.
-Staffs were very nice and friendly, except front desk Timmarley guy.
-Wish the staffs had food, water and shelter for the family of five cats (mother and 4 kittens) living on property. The cats were so hungry every evening.
-Rose Hall buffet is best. The other 4 restaurants, ok.

We always enjoy our stay at Sunset at the Palms. The staff are always friendly and quick to accommodate your every need. Parts of the resort could use upgrades. The gym really needs an air conditioner that works. The night entertainment, specifically the piano bar, would benefit from a little more variety and offer different musicians an opportunity to sing.

Tons of pools to lounge in for people of all ages, no issues finding a chair either. Beach is just steps from the pools and entertainment going all day long to keep everyone entertained! Staff are very polite and the rooms and facilities are all kept very clean
