Not a new luxury hotel, but clean, quiet, comfortable, and close to and convenient to everything in Keystone, Custer State Park, the Badlands, Rapid City etc. at a very reasonable price. Left us with more money to do things in the area! Cleanliness was mediocre; towels were stained and bathroom could use updates for example, the tub is very slippery and dangerous. We laid a towel down to avoid slipping. But the service was friendly and professional. We reserved a non-smoking room but were given a wrong one, and manager changed our room right away. The hotel needs a lot of upgrade. The breakfast was good. Now the toilet in the room was only 3 inches from one wall, it was uncomfortable. He showed me where my room was. I was skeptical at first because it’s an older building and the parking lot is crowded. But the room was clean and comfortable. I didn’t hear my neighbors at all. My only problem was that there was no USB charging port and I didn’t have any adapter with me so I had to charge my phone in my car.
