“It has a very good outlook over the golf course but the views to seaward are limited and not quite what we expected! Overall the property is showing marked signs of aging and could do with a complete internal (and partial external) renovation. Not better than just fair value for money! ”

“This was a great place to stay, central to everything and easy walking distance to the marina and shops. Loved the Blue Pool and beach. I was there with my partner, adult daughter and her partner. I booked a unit with 1 queen bed in bedroom 1 and a queen and a couple of singles/bunkbeds, in bedroom 2. On check in there was 1 queen bed in bedroom 1 and a set of bunk beds, with 2 singles in Bedroom 2...”

“Great location and great setup for a large extended family group. Very clean and all in good working order - this is especially notable given the size of the property. Happy to recommend a stay.”

“The property has outstanding views and well located, however the decor and furniture are dated. Not that we used the second bedroom, which is advertised as a twin bed, but is really a single as the door cannot be fully opened before striking a bed. The ensuite is also very small.”

“We used the trundle bed as there were two kids. We found that there wasn’t enough bedding in terms of covers and pillow cases for the items required for the trundle bed and what was there was shared between the beds in the second room. It should also be noted that the doona for the trundle in the plastic bag should really be laundered as it was not up to the standard of the other laundry items. Thanks.”

“Stayed here over the New Year with my adult kids & partners and my brother and his younger family. Enjoying our meals out on the patio, whilst taking in the views of Montague Island - fantastic. We even had a couple of rainbow lorikeets join us for some fruit. Kitchen was well stocked, with a multitude of cutlery, plates, bowls, cups to choose from. There was also lots of spare sheets and towels, including beach towels for us to use. The owner was very easy to contact when a small issue came……
