“I only stayed for two nights, but Castle Troy Hotel & Suites was wonderful from start to finish. I arrived during a very busy wedding weekend, and despite having what looked like a hundred things happening at once, every member of the staff I interacted with was warm, patient, attentive, and genuinely kind. I was in Limerick primarily to attend a concert at Thomond Park and probably asked far more questions than the average guest. Not once did I feel rushed. The staff gave thoughtful advice……

“The host Pat was very welcoming on arrival. Very knowledgeable about the area and helped with planning our day trips. Property was well maintained in a quiet rural location. Enjoyed our stay in Kildimo.”

“We booked an appartment with 2 bedrooms. Lots of space. Campus is beautiful. Rooms a little 'old' but well equipped (freezer, washing machine)...Missing some kitchen tools, teapot, hair dryer etc. ”

“We couldn’t have been more pleased with our accommodations. Lynda made everything so comfortable, and added on the special touches of fresh baked bread and fresh baked scones. We got to stay on the beautiful property where we saw cows, and the access to the sites that we wanted to see was so easily drivable. Having a secure gate code was another nice touch and with her living nearby we did not lack for any kind of communication. Our stay at her place was truly the best we had in our two weeks in……

“Downstairs is stark, blank walls, no chairs, two stools and very small table in kitchen for 2 people at best. Rust on stove, dishwasher, faucets inW/C. Back door does not lock easily (need to see detailed instructions). No hot water at taps even after following lengthy instructions and leaving the water heater on for hours.”

“Location location location. Trash location was not clearly marked and there were fruit flies in the kitchen and lower bathroom.”

“I thought the property and location were great. We were attending the bunratty castle dinner and we were easilybwalking distnace. It would be great if the lication had provided paper towels or more dish towels. And also a second frying pan for cooking would help”
