Hilary and Oliver are so hospitable and warm and everything you can want in B&B hosts. They are so accommodating in every way. The breakfast is superb- fresh cooked to order Irish breakfast or avocado toast with salmon or egg. They worked so hard to patiently and kindly accommodate our dietary needs and each thing we asked for to make our stay great. The only thing we were disappointed in was that it was a little further outside of Westport town then we thought initially, but we decided that it actually ended up to be really great to be just 2 km from town comma as it was very quiet, very peaceful. My sister and I loved these hosts, the room and the breakfast! What more can you ask for?

I liked the staff. They were helpful. However, one of the reasons I booked this hotel was for the spa. Unfortunately, I didn’t arrive to the hotel and get checked in until about 7:15 or 7:30. I immediately went to the spa for a soak and sauna but discovered it closed at 8:00. I couldn’t use the pool as I didn't have a bathing cap. I could use the hot tub but half the jets didn’t work. I never made it into the sauna or steam room. Breakfast was included, which is lovely. The meal was good but I had to pay extra for smoked salmon. I also found the parking to have very limited space. It was difficult to maneuver in such limited space.

The resort is a bit out of the way but that was what made it special. No cell phone coverage at the resort so you have time to reset and enjoy your surroundings.
