"Perfect location for several nights as homebase for sightseeing daytrips. Cozy and great amenities, although 6 adults might be tight; 4 was comfortable (we used third bedroom for our luggage). Beautiful, tranquil setting. Plenty of bath and kitchen towels; plenty of cookware and utensils; plenty of refrigerator space; easy check-in and operation instructions. Unfortunately we got misinformed by a recently new member of reception.
Instead of finding out the right information he told us the wrong information.
Thankfully it worked out ok.
An expensive error but could have been a bit worse.
Josh in the bar was extremely helpful and friendly.
His espresso martini was the best I have ever had. "

"When we were checking out we asked the receptionist where we could buy a new umbrella nearby. She went and got us one from their lost & found collection, saying “people leave umbrellas behind in their rooms all of the time”. She saved us time and money AND saved the planet some landfill space by recycling a perfectly good umbrella!
Our room was perfect, the hotel was quiet, our breakfast and dinner were very good and the hotel was within walking distance to a local pub with an “open” session where my wife filled a bucket list dream of playing in a session in Ireland!"

"We booked three nights here and had a great stay. The staff is wonderful and the rooms are clean - there are eco options on room cleaning which we liked. The spa was a treat for a great massage (Karen was my masseuse.)
My sister came up ill on our last stay and reception desk was able to extend our stay a fourth night even while booked up. Many thanks!!!"

"There was a little confusion at check in about which rooms we had been assigned, but it was resolved quickly.
The restaurant was not open for dinner on the night that we stayed at Clancy’s, but it was only a few km to find a place to eat.
The rooms were very quiet and everything worked well.
Breakfast was included and we requested to have it at 7:30. They were not able to accommodate that, but made it for 8:00 and it was excellent. "
