The staff at the front desk were rude when mentioned the closures they insisted that’s the roof project is plastered all over their website, ( I booked on my phone and the mobile version did not indicate waterpark closures nor did they mention anything when I called the day before about limited waterpark usage) they were offering all Soaky Mountain……

“This Drury Inn was absolutely the best hotel we have ever stayed in. The staff was so friendly and the cleanliness of the place was exceptional. “We didn’t like that the breakfast wasn’t free, we had to pay for the breakfast while booking or you can at the hotel each day. The tv in one of our rooms was having technical difficulties. There’s no clocks in the rooms. & the floors aren’t carpeted, it’s hard floors & they were very dirty. My daughter’s socks were black on the bottom. But all that aside; the staff was amazing, we did purchase the breakfast & it was delicious. We got $5 off per ticket when we purchased Dollywood tickets through……
