“Well was not impressed while waiting for room to be ready. Quite willing to wait the 5 min for cot to be put in our suite. We were told we would be notified after room was ready. At least 20min went by. Finally my sister went to ask when we could go to our room. The clerks were gossiping and replied oh you can have room now. No one had the courtesy to tell us room was ready.
While trying to exit the elevator on 2nd floor with luggage cart wheels on cart do not move easily door started closing……
