The rooms are quite large and they look nice. Unfortunately, the room I got (249) had a noise in the ceiling that wouldn’t let me or my kid sleep. The noise came every half an hour. It sounded like water drops or an animal. I informed the front desk, they offered me a $15 dollar credit…. The room cost was around $200…. I did not take the credit…

Room was good disappointed while checking in was provided a room smaller than what I booked for … was advised by staff sorry someone has been in the room assigned for you for the past 3 days…. I had to request to be accommodated for what I originally booked for and I was after a manager was called but I had to request that!

No animals allowed in lobby and that is where elevator was located. My room was at far corner and I had to pack everything up and down stairs with no gutters over stairs while we got wet. We're in our 70's.

This hotel, which should actually be considered a motel due to the exterior entry doors, is dated. Some improvements have been made inside the room, but there was a very big snag in the carpet, and the bathroom area is very old-school. The chair and ottoman were nice and clean and seemed newer. The remote control for the TV was difficulty to use, and NBC, a standard TV channel, displayed a message that the contract had expired. Very strange. The really bad part of the stay was that the train is so close that it seems like it’s running right outside the window pretty much all night long.

Spontaneous stay was satisfying
We booked this room spontaneously on a holiday road trip to the Grand Canyon. When we arrived, we were warmly greeted by the front desk staff. Lobby was pleasant with items to purchase to enhance our stay. I had expected the room be more like a suite,per the description on the site. It wasn't. But that's ok, we still had enough beds for the four of us. Beds were comfortable, room was clean. We enjoyed the breakfast, especially the nondairy items available. Parking was sufficient.
