Bathroom backs up when showering. Stove does not work. Very rude Customer Service. Paid $290 US for room cleaning, never received any. Taxi pick up only wanted US currency. Unpleasant security watch personell. When checked in sheets were wrinckled and dirty. Headboard major paint peeling.

Guest had a partially paid reservation. Guest only paid his $290.00 balance after he spent 1 hour and 35 minutes arguing with his travel agent. Sorry we could not do any thing to alleviate his plight because he did not book directly with the property. I am not sure how we are blamed for the JUTA airport shuttle not accepting local currency. This is a shuttle the guest took from the airport, provided by the airport and we had no control over it nor were we a party to the agreement between the guest and the shuttle. This is a self catering full apartment and if our guest desire maid service special arrangements can be made. In this instance no such arrangements were agreed upon. We obviously do not provide dirty sheets nor had a peeling headboard. It is apparent this guest had a very bad trip in general and we wished the guest had reached out in mid stay and allow us and opportunity to help to improve his stay. There is a host of complaints we ignored because it was just not possible for a guest to stay for 2 weeks without a working stove, backed up shower and not report it or try to get a refund. Check-in was lengthy and check-out was a breeze. We have had 4 guests since and no complaints of stove or shower issues. We will be proactive and dispatch maintenance just because it is smart to do so. This is one of those very strange situation.

The Apartment owner was very helpful and accommodating. was on time to give keys. Have to climb stairs though... no elevator to this apt.

Nice studio
The facility was nice, clean and comfortable. Service staffs were not available for day to day contact... " no lines and toiletries for the entire times of our stay 9 days " We paid $20. Per day plus $ 50 , a total of $230. for what? 😟😟😟
