"Our stay was great! The cabin was very secluded and peaceful, but only minutes away from downtown Murfreesboro. It also had access (loose stone path) to a new deck and stairs that went down to the river. Note if it is slick, 4wd is necessary to drive down to the deck then back up to the cabin. The cabin was cozy and had most everything we needed to make basic meals. The best was the screened in porch that we used every morning to listen to birds, wildlife or have total silence without worrying about annoying bugs. "

"This house was in a group of rental houses, all behind a code-operated gate. It felt very secure, as only guests could drive in and out. They were well marked, so I didn’t have trouble finding ours.The house was very well maintained and clean. The kitchen had everything we needed, including some pantry items.We only experienced one issue while we were there. We did not receive the gate code prior to our stay, and we didn’t know to ask. Be sure to contact your host if it isn’t in your stay info email! It was pretty late at night when we got there, but when I called, Rachel answered right away and gave us the code. She was very polite and helpful."

"Beautiful and quiet cabin with wonderful views. Very spacious and clean. We even got to see some deer on property. We got the teens fishing and trout licenses so they were able to fish in the creek which they enjoyed. Host were great and very accommodating. It was also great to have almost everything we needed including equipment to mine for diamond available to us. Host got back quickly with any questions I had and I would most definitely stay again. "

"We spent two days with family, which included two couples, a father in law and a niece and nephew, all adults. It is spacious enough for everyone to have some privacy, but the common areas are large enough to accommodate everyone n for dinner or board games. One caveat: stop at a grocery store on your way in. There is very little nearby!"
"We had a group of 15 gather for a family reunion. We were looking for a space that was peaceful, close to nature and would keep folks entertained, and The Reserve at Kirby Landing exceeded expectations. There was ample place to cook— as we planned to make most of our meals— there was a fun space for the young adults and teens in our group, we were far enough away from towns to really enjoy nature and time together. Communication with our hosts was wonderful. They responded quickly to any questions we had. It was a beautiful space."

"Property was nice, met all our needs. The river was a short walk away from our cabin. I had originally thought the river was just in front and could be viewed from the porches, but it was not. Visitors might want to be prepared to do some meals at the cabin since there are not a lot of places to eat in the immediate area. The kitchen was well equipped except for linens. Overall, we loved our trip and already planning a return trip. "

"Cabin is great. Very clean and cozy. About 10 mins outside of Murfreesboro. Close to restaurants, the crater, and other attractions. Note, there is only a small Dollar General in town. If you need serious groceries, stop at the Walmart in Arkadelphia or Nashville depending on how you are getting there. Additionally, this is probably one of the most generous hosts in terms of amenities like the small stuff and extras. The Little Missouri River is behind the cabin and is a nice place to dip the feet in. Also, friendly tip. Do the Crater of Diamonds first, then go up to the quartz mines. It makes the quartz mines even more amazing. Thank you to the host! We had a great stay. "

"We stayed for the 4th of July weekend. Very quiet town and loved the celebration the town had was really nice. Food in town was not so good but we managed. Cabin was beautiful and very peaceful. Small but that didn't even bother us. My 2 kids just loved it and kept saying they wish we lived in a cabin exactly like that. Hope to come back and stay here. "
