Clean room and kind staff.

Everything 5 stars, booked Club Room came with free champagne and chocolates plus use of jacuzzi, sauna, steam room and ice pool included. Enjoyed eating breakfast in Cambord French restaurant on the 28 floor. Food and service was excellent you hardly see 8 utensils on the right side of your water glass. I ordered Western option came with seafood Benedict plus 9 other small items this was included 👻

Clean room, staff nice, easy to shopping and eating.

ロケーションもよく部屋も広くキレイでした。 朝食のブュッフェも充実していて満足でした。 また行きたいです。

Excellent business hotel with great, friendly staff. A short walk from Kokura Station and my room had a nice view of the waterfront port. Complimentary breakfast of japanese comfort foods, plus breads/pastries & coffee was satisfying & serviced by the nicest & hardest working staff.

The front desk staff was very helpful and friendly and professional. The room was clean and modern.

This hotel is perfect. The rooms are clean and cozy, the breakfast is free and delicious, and the staff not only speak good English but provide the best, welcoming service. There is even some free curry/rice dinner as well. The prices are also affordable! I highly recommend Toyoko Inn hotels, there are many of these hotels around Japan and they all very high quality. Please check this hotel out!

The staff were so kind.

Very friendly staff

We always enjoy Rakuten when staying in Kokura. It's super simple, affordable, and has cooking amenities for longer stays.

Lots of comics and free food and drinks!

I had a very enjoyable stay. My only request would be to have a more comfortable bed. Bed was a bit to hard for me. Otherwise everything very very good.

A small, quiet hotel, easy check in. Room has everything, it was convenient to stay with a baby. I would suggest to offer some bottled water to guests and something to turn off the lights at the door, it automatically turned on every time we walked there, so it was difficult for baby to sleep, while one of us went to bathroom or kitchen

The room was very nice and the location was great. The hotel was very close to the mono rail and the train station as well as the castle. We really enjoyed our stay!

This is something of an interesting and different setup in that this ryokan is contained within a larger hotel, the Art Hotel Kokura New Tagawa, which is where you check in. It's something of a best of both worlds, as you have the comfort and style of a traditional inn, supported by all the amenities and staff of a modern-style hotel. I opted to include the Kaiseki Tasting menu for dinner, and it's something that was absolutely amazing - definitely include this option! Breakfast was amazing as...

The room was clean and comfortable. Check in was quick. The only problem I had was after checking out, I forgot to take a card for the parking security gate, so had to go nack to the ftont desk to get one.
