If you are into sculptures, memorials and street art (among other things), Lithuania is your country of choice for a vacation. Most towns have a sculpture park with at least an explanation in Lithuation what the work of art is all about.  Discovered this one in a small park, but missed the explanation. Check out the size of this...? Is it a (mega)dog? The one eyed cow? Or just a children's playground?
