In Laufnähe gibt es einen tollen Spielplatz und viele Feldwege für schöne Hunderunden. Nach Jena und Weimar ist es ein nicht weit aber im näherer Umgebung gibt es auch viel zu entdecken. Man ist sehr schnell zu Fuß in de Innenstadt und am Dom. Cons: Die Straße vor dem Haus hat Kopfsteinpflaster, daher hört man die vorbeifahrenden Autos lauter als bei normalem Straßenbelag. Deshalb ein kleiner Abzug bei der Lage. Aber: Fenster zu auf der Straßenseite, dann geht`s besser :)"
