Could do so much better. Lovely location, very small rooms. Staff were all delightful but there aren’t enough of them. They have a bar with a sign that instructs you to go and find someone in the restaurant if you want a drink. Go to the restaurant and the staff have too much on their plates to worry about you. Food was patchy, breakfast is good value however if you get the right chef on the right day.

Great stop off option with a kitchen for cooking. Fabulous bed and bedding. Very quiet apartment and yet everything you'd want in central Leeds just outside.
